HAMILTON, Mich. – The Hamilton baseball team clinched a share of the OK-Green conference title with a 10-0 win over Zeeland West. Hamilton (20-2, 11-0) will close out scheduled OK-Green play this Friday when they take on Zeeland East in a doubleheader. The Hawkeyes, led by the shutout pitching of Nathaniel White, swept the regular season series from the Dux for the second straight season.
White (4-0) worked all five innings to get the win. He held West to four hits while striking out three and walking one.
Offensively, the Hawkeyes collected six hits in five innings but were aided by four West errors. Leading the way was senior Carter DeBoe. DeBoe, bound for Southern Nevada College this fall, was three for three with a triple, a double, 2 runs, 2 stolen bases and 2 RBI. Also adding hits were Adam Koning and Luke Stafford. Koning also scored twice while Stafford added an RBI. Senior shortstop Andrew DeGood collected two stolen bases and one RBI, as did Jason Henrickson.

The Hawkeyes will face the Chix of Zeeland East on Friday in a doubleheader. First pitch is slated for 4 p.m. at Hawkeye Field.
